Information

You don’t need proof of vaccination and won’t be asked to show your My Vaccine Pass when you come into our service centre. You’ll need to scan the QR code or keep a record of your visit to help with contact tracing, and wear a face covering.

From 10 January 2022 all of our staff will be fully vaccinated.

Ways we can help you

If you’ve lost your job or can’t work at the moment you may be able to get a benefit, some other financial help or support to find work. You may be able to get help even if you’re working and on a low income.

You may be able to get help with the costs of:

  • food
  • accommodation
  • power, gas, heating or water
