Two service centres closing from 1-3pm
Some of our staff are involved in industrial action today. All service centres except two will be open as usual, but it may take a little longer for us to help you. The Ruatoria and Timaru service centres are closed from 1-3pm today.
Most of our service centres are open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9:30am to 5pm on Wednesdays.
Sometimes we may have to close a service centre at short notice. If this happens and you have a face-to-face appointment booked, we'll call you to let you know.
When a service centre is closed, you can use MyMSD, or we’ll try to do as much as we can for you over the phone. If we need you to come in, we’ll book an appointment at a nearby service centre.
