We have 122 service centres throughout New Zealand. Find the address and postal address of a service centre near you.
Most of our service centres are open from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, and 9:30am to 5pm on Wednesdays.
Sometimes we may have to close a service centre at short notice. If this happens and you have a face-to-face appointment booked, we'll call you to let you know.
When a service centre is closed, you can use MyMSD, or we’ll try to do as much as we can for you over the phone. If we need you to come in, we’ll book an appointment at a nearby service centre.
