交通燈系統

當您領取福利時,您或伴侶有一些必須履行的事項(即您的義務)。我們的交通燈顏色系統能幫助您按部就班地履行部分義務。

交通燈系統讓您知道自己處於什麽狀態以及需要做什麼。

  • 綠色:如果您處於綠色狀態,則表示您正在按要求進行並履行您的義務。
  • 橙色:如果您未履行義務並且沒能提供適當理由,則會轉爲橙色。這時您需要立即 聯絡我們 。如果您未能與我們聯絡並在 5 個工作日內恢復正常,則會轉爲紅色。
  • 紅色:一旦處於紅色狀態,您的福利可能會削減或停止。如果您的福利已被削減或停止發放,您需要立即 聯絡我們 以恢復正常。

如果您出於任何原因無法履行義務,請立即與我們聯絡。如果未收到您的來信,我們會在您轉為橙色之前嘗試與您聯絡,以了解您未能履行義務的原因。

我們會寄信給您,告知您現在處於橙色亦或紅色狀態。 您亦可透過 MyMSD 查詢自己目前的狀態屬於何種交通燈顏色。 

交通燈系統適合哪些人

如果您有工作相關義務及/或社會義務,則交通燈系統適用於您。這些義務包括:

  • 找工作或為工作做準備
  • 參加「工作能力評估」,助我們了解您可以從事何種工作
  • 參加我們的服務機構組織的活動,以便找到工作或為工作做準備
  • 社會義務(如照顧受養子女)。

若您領取「青年津貼」、「年輕家長津貼」,或接受青年輔導員的協助,則會被納入交通燈系統,但您的義務有所不同。請瀏覽青年服務(Youth Services)網站,了解需要履行的義務詳情。

工作相關義務及/或社會義務之相關福利

如果領取以下福利的其中一項,您或伴侶則需履行工作相關義務及/或社會義務:

  • 求職者補助金,或
  • 單親補助金

如果您的伴侶未滿 18 歲,他們將需履行「青年參與義務」。這表示他們會被納入交通燈系統,但其義務有所不同。

如果領取以下的其中一項,您或伴侶可能需要履行工作相關義務及/或社會義務:

  • 緊急救助金,或
  • 緊急情況贍養津貼。

您亦需要履行其他義務。了解當您或伴侶未能履行其他義務時會發生什麼情況,請參閱「當您未能履行義務時」。

生活支持補助金

大多數獲得生活支持補助金的人沒有包括在交通燈制度之内。其原因是您沒有找工作的義務。

交通燈系統只有在以下情況下才適用於您:

  • 您正在照顧受養子女,即代表您有社會義務(採取合理行動以確保子女能獲得健康檢查並接受教育)
  • 經過評估認定您可以為工作做好準備,並且我們已就此與您進行溝通(只適用於少數人),或
  • 我們已要求您進行「工作能力評估」或與跟我們簽約之服務機構進行配合(很少有人需要這樣做)。

如果您有伴侶,其義務可能會有所不同。這意味著即使交通燈系统不適用於您,亦可能適用於您的伴侶。
