Re-apply, review or renew
You may have to re-apply for a benefit or payment, review your circumstances or income, or renew a medical certificate.
Re-apply for a benefit or payment
There are certain benefits or payments that you may have to re-apply for after a certain period of time.
Other payments
If you get Unsupported Child's Benefit or Orphan's Benefit, you need to re-apply for this payment every year between mid-January and the end of February.
If you get Unsupported Child's Benefit or Orphan's Benefit, you need to re-apply for this payment every year during the approved application dates.
Renew your medical certificate or information
You may need to renew your medical certificate or medical information at certain times.
It depends what payment you get as to what you have to do.
Re-confirm your details
If you get a benefit or payment, there are some situations where you have to re-confirm your details.
We can only include your 16 or 17 year old in your payments if you're supporting them. If you're not supporting them at the moment, or won't be supporting them next year, you need to tell us. The easiest way to do this is to fill out an End of School Year online form.
Review of circumstances and annual income
You may have to confirm your circumstances or review your income every year. It depends on what payment you get.
This is to make sure you're getting everything you're entitled to and that we're paying you the right amount.
