当您领取福利时,您或伴侣需要做一些事情(即您的义务)。我们有一个交通灯颜色系统,可帮助您按部就班履行部分义务。
Information
大多数获得生活资助补助金的人不归入交通灯系统中。请参阅下面的更多详细信息。
交通灯系统让您知道自己处于哪种状态以及需要做什么。
- 绿色:如果您处于绿色状态,表示您按照规定履行着您的义务。
- 橙色:如果您不履行义务且没有充分的理由,您将被转为橙色。这意味着您需要立即与我们联系。如果您未在 5 个工作日内联系我们并恢复正常,您将被转为红色。
- 红色:一旦您处于红色状态,您的福利将消减或停止。这意味着您需要立即联系我们以重回正轨。
如果您有任何原因无法履行您的义务,请立即与我们联系。如果您未能联系我们,我们会在您被转为橙色之前尝试与您联系,以找出您没有履行义务的原因。
我们会给您发一封信,让您知道您是处于橙色或是红色状态。从 10 月初开始,您还将在 MyMSD 中看到您处于橙色还是红色状态。
交通灯系统适用于谁
如果您有与工作相关的以及(或)社会义务,您将被归入交通灯系统。这些义务是:
- 寻找或准备工作
- 参加工作能力评估,帮助我们了解您可以从事什么样的工作
- 参加我们的服务提供商的活动,寻找工作或为工作做准备
- 社会义务(如照顾受抚养子女)。
与工作相关的以及(或)社会义务的福利
如果您领取以下福利之一,您或伴侣将承担与工作相关的以及(或)社会义务:
- 求职者资助金,或
- 单亲资助金
如果您领取以下福利中的一种,您或伴侣可能需承担与工作相关的以及(或)社会义务:
- 紧急救助金,或
- 紧急情况赡养津贴。
生活资助补助金
大多数获得生活资助补助金的人不归入交通灯系统中。这是因为您没有义务去找工作。
只有在以下情况下,您才会被归入交通灯系统:
- 您正在照顾受抚养的孩子,因为这意味着您有社会义务(确保孩子接受健康检查和教育)
- 已经评估了您可以准备工作,我们已经与您讨论过这个问题(只适用于少数人),或者
- 我们已要求您参加工作能力评估或与签约服务提供商配合(很少有人被要求这样做)。
如果您有伴侣,他们的义务可能会有所不同。这意味着即使您没有被归入交通灯系统,他们也可能会在其中。
