He Poutama Rangatahi is a work-readiness and skills initiative. It's for young people who are hard to reach and most at risk of long-term unemployment. He Poutama Rangatahi helps with individualised and ongoing support into training and employment.
How it works
He Poutama Rangatahi supports community-based organisations to help young people on the pathway to employment. It provides funding to organisations which provide wrap-around services to deliver sustained employment, education and training outcomes for young people.
