These are services to help you with anything you need to find and start a new job. They’re free and available online or over the phone.
These services work best when you're keen to work, and ready to start job searching.
Sign up to a service
One-on-one support from us
You can get one-on-one support from us through our Rapid Return to Work service.
You'll work with the same person each time and stay in touch by phone and email. They can help you with:
- a CV and cover letter
- interview coaching and practice
- regular catch ups
- matching you with jobs you’re interested in
- ongoing support and advice
You can get this if you’ve been getting Jobseeker Support or Sole Parent Support for less than 12 months, or if you’ve applied for one of these benefits.
Good to Go job search coaching
If you're ready to look for work but need some extra help, you can sign up to Good to Go. It's a service run by The Development Hub.
They have job search coaches who will work one-on-one with you. They can help you with:
- writing a CV and cover letter
- interview coaching and practice
- online resources to teach you job searching tips
- regular catch ups about your job search progress
- help once you start a new job, including how to ask for support at work.
You can sign up in MyMSD if you’ve been getting Jobseeker Support or Sole Parent Support for less than 12 months.
