Centre closures over Christmas/New Year
To help us pay you the correct amounts, we need to know if your centre's going to close over the Christmas/New Year period.
If your centre's going to close, you need to tell us your closure dates and attendance details. We've sent you an email or a letter about this, with information on the easiest way to do it.
It's important you tell us as soon as possible so we can process your payments on time.

When parents share care of their children
When parents share the care of a child, only the main caregiver can receive the subsidy. All new applications from parents who share care will be granted only to the main caregiver.
