Support and practical help for women looking for work. You can get help to feel more confident when you're going to job interviews or starting a new job.
Dress for Success is a worldwide organisation which supports women to find and keep work. They provide clothing suitable for your job interview and work, job-seeking advice and skills, and ongoing employment support.
Who can get it
To get the Dress for Success service you need to qualify for a Transition to Work Grant from us. This covers the cost of the service.

What you can get
Dress for Success can offer 3 different services depending on where you live:
Styling services
You'll get the right clothing, shoes and make-up for your job interview, and another outfit suitable for your first week of work. This is a one-on-one service designed just for you. It meets your needs in the job and as a person, and will help boost your confidence as you look for work.
Careers services
Dress for Success can give you practical skills and advice to improve your chances of getting and keeping a job. You'll get help to prepare your CV and job interview material, get more skilled in doing job interviews, and learn how to plan your career. These services might be one-on-one, or with a group of women in workshops and seminars.
Ongoing support
Once you're in work, you can access other Dress for Success services if they are available in your area. These might include coffee groups, mentoring programmes, or networks with other women to help you take the next step in your career.
